Manufacturer Warranty Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 26 October 2026
1. Who provides the warranty
The manufacturer and commercial warranty provider is Aqualogic NT Ltd, 58 Loanbank Quadrant, Glasgow G51 3HZ, Scotland. Eligible appliances have a free two-year manufacturer-backed commercial warranty, administered by Water Solutions Direct Ltd, which handles registrations and claims. This commercial warranty is additional to statutory rights against the seller.
2. Activation and duration
Registration through the linked warranty portal is required to activate the additional commercial warranty. Coverage runs for two years from the original purchase date, subject to the relevant warranty certificate and eligibility checks. Keep your dated proof of purchase, serial number and registration confirmation. Registration does not affect statutory consumer rights.
3. Boiling-water tank cover
For a covered defect occurring during the warranty period, the manufacturer warranty offers appropriate replacement parts, repair or replacement of the tank, as determined under the warranty following assessment of the defect and any applicable legal duties. This wording does not promise a cash refund under the commercial warranty, and does not restrict refunds or other statutory remedies where due.
4. Tap cover
Eligible taps carry a two-year manufacturer-backed warranty on parts and finish for defects covered by the warranty. Ordinary wear, accidental damage and inappropriate cleaning may not be covered, where genuinely unrelated to a manufacturing defect. The precise finish exclusions should match the manufacturer's written warranty.
5. Maintenance requirements
For the additional tank warranty, approved water filters must be changed every six months with proof of purchase demonstrating approved filters have been used, and the tank must be descaled every six months in accordance with manufacturer instructions. Keep maintenance records and receipts. A maintenance-related exclusion should be applied only consistently with the warranty terms and the circumstances of the claim, not used to dismiss statutory rights automatically.
6. Exclusions and assessment
Subject to the definitive manufacturer warranty document and applicable law, damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, unauthorised modification, accidental damage or failure to follow relevant maintenance instructions may be excluded where causally relevant. Inspection, photos, serial numbers, purchase and maintenance evidence may be reasonably requested to assess a claim. Consumable filter cartridges and descaler are not themselves covered as appliance defects merely through routine exhaustion.
7. Claims process
Register and submit claims through the warranty website linked from watersolutionsdirect.com, or contact info@watersolutionsdirect.com for help. Provide appliance details, proof of purchase, fault description and useful images or video. We will explain inspection, collection and resolution arrangements. Any statutory remedy remains available through the seller irrespective of the commercial claims procedure.
8. Details requiring final confirmation
Before publication, confirm that Aqualogic NT Ltd is the exact contracting legal entity, the definitive manufacturer warranty certificate, registration deadline if any, geographical coverage, transport/labour arrangements, and whether repair or replacement is at the warrantor discretion. Do not imply that labour or collection is included unless confirmed.
9. Legal rights
The warranty is provided in addition to your statutory rights, which are not affected by it. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, consumers may have remedies against the seller for goods that do not conform to contract, irrespective of warranty registration or expiry.
