Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Where we deliver

We deliver to addresses throughout the United Kingdom, including Northern Ireland, Scottish islands and other UK offshore islands, subject to courier availability and any restrictions shown at checkout. We will contact you if we cannot fulfil a particular destination.

2. Delivery charges

The delivery charge for your destination and basket is calculated and displayed at checkout before you place the order. Please review the delivery charge before paying. We do not promise a uniform price for every UK postcode.

3. Delivery estimates

Our normal estimated delivery time is 1-3 working days for goods available for dispatch. This is an estimate, not a guarantee. Remote and island destinations, busy periods, courier disruptions, stock issues and unusual items may take longer. We will inform you of significant delays when known. Working days normally exclude weekends and UK bank holidays.

4. Delivery obligations

Unless an alternative time is agreed, we will deliver without undue delay and within 30 days after contract formation as required by law. If we fail to deliver as required, your statutory rights to specify an appropriate additional period or, in relevant circumstances, terminate the contract remain unaffected.

5. Receipt and risk

Please check goods and packaging promptly and report visible transport damage or missing items to info@watersolutionsdirect.com with photos and order details. Reporting promptly helps us investigate, but does not remove legal rights. For consumer deliveries arranged by us, goods ordinarily remain at our risk until they come into your physical possession or that of a person you nominate (other than the carrier).

6. Incorrect or incomplete details

Customers should supply an accurate, accessible delivery address and contact details. If delivery fails because the information given is incorrect or no one can receive the consignment, we will discuss a reasonable redelivery arrangement and any lawful additional charge before proceeding.
